So as a warnning, before you restore, burn to disk your important files and make sure you have a installation disk the has the system drivers and OS. But since I have the instalation disk for my system, I re-formatted the drive and re-installed the OS clean. In the end I lost everything because I had to re-format and re-install.

If you decide to restroe back to your old OS (win 8 or 7 what ever your useing) know this, I also discovered on reverting back win10 can not get that right either, so I had some program issues and windows system program errors or issues. So programs will work and some may not, and you have to re-install them to make them work right. If your not useing a mod, but win10 is by upgrade, I have discovered that win10 can't get upgrading right either.

If you screen res is higher than 1280x1024, a typical max settings on graphics cards out of 2000, year the game was made, it could cause a problem in the game starting up.

If I want a augly copy-cat MAC OS for internet abilities only, Then I will just go get a MAC and be done with it. Win10 is not old game friendly at all, I upgraded to win10 and found out $60.00 in games which is 3 games and climbing, would no longer work, I did not invest in over 300 dollars in games old and new to just throw them out over some stooped OS because Microsoft said so. >Just so you know, Right out of the gate.
